Shoppers' Guide to the Auto Auction

All vehicles are listed and placed in numerical order in the order they were received. This means that a $500.00 transportation car can be next to a luxury vehicle worth $25,000. Our inspection process allows you to check all the vehicles and choose the one that is right for you. You can inspect our vehicles Monday through Friday from 9-5.  You will be able to test drive them on the lot and you can even bring a mechanic with you to preview the vehicles.  When the auction begins we will drive two vehicles at a time into auction ring. Two auctioneers will simultaneously sell the vehicles. We do our best to have different types of vehicles in the ring at the same time. Both auction rings are in close proximity so you can easily move between auction rings.

Each vehicle is listed in the sale catalog with a number. The number is also placed on the vehicle in the top right corner of the windshield. This number corresponds to the available catalog, which contains the following information:

Mileage:

The mileage listed is the actual miles unless represented by (0) which indicates that the vehicle is over 10 years old and in the State of Colorado that vehicle will be exempted on the title. Any additional mileage information such as "Mileage in excess" or "Mileage Discrepancy", if applicable, will be listed in the catalog.

Emissions:

Emission status will be listed as "Tested" which means a current test is available with the vehicle, "Voucher" which means a coupon for an emission test will be provided, or "Inoperable" which means the vehicle will not pass the enhanced emission test. Inoperable vehicles will not be provided a temporary tag or emission voucher.

Bidding:

If you are interested in a vehicle Bid on it in the auction ring!!! Don’t wait and ask about it later as it will cost more money! We will fight to get you the best deal we can while the vehicle is in the auction ring. Each car is at our highest priority when it is in the sale ring. Once it has moved out of the sale ring we are no longer interested in selling it until the entire auction is over. Save time and money- bid while the car is in the auction ring. If you are unsure about bidding ask any member of the auction staff, they will be happy to assist you in any way.
